Fair enough, and the Bball Reference rankings certainly have some wacky results — especially Russell’s ranking. I think they tend to be biased toward recent players because it’s based on current fans picking between pairs of players and toward guys …

I think Shaq’s too high, Kobe’s too low. Can’t really argue w/ that Top 5 or Top 10 for that matter.

And George Gervin needs to be much higher, how about he takes Pippen’s spot at 24?
