What is it about the NCAA and USC that keeps the Trojans out of trouble?

Reggie Bush has been gone for years now.
OJ Mayo, too, yet USC continues to move on without consequence.

Dez Bryant of Oklahoma State (OSU) tells a little lie and the program is jumped on swiftly without mercy, causing Bryant to miss his last year.

The freakin' NCAA is a joke.
USC is a joke.
Kiffin is a huge joke.

It's time to dump the NCAA as a useless organization and get a new ruling body that impervious to the "Congress-like" graft and corruption that obviously the NCAA embodies.
